Pre-Orders
If you have purchased an item that is on pre-order along with other items, they will all be sent together once the pre-order item has arrived. If you wish to receive the item that is in stock earlier, please purchase separately.
We give a dispatch time frame of between 2-5 weeks. This does not take into consideration delays in the ordering process, shipping delays and public holiday periods. We do our best to dispatch pre-orders as soon as practical and aim for a 3 week dispatch from date of purchase.

Australian Orders
We charge a flat rate of $7.95 and free shipping for all orders over $99
NZ Orders
Weight based rate that is calculated at checkout
International Orders (Other that NZ)
Weight based rate that is calculated at checkout
For international orders the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable.
Delivery Time Frames
We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should receive your delivery within the following time frames.
Australia - 2-3 business days
International- Allow 1-3 weeks
Please note- The time frames above are estimates only. Sometimes there can be unexpected delays. These time frames do not include the processing and packaging time.
We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Sydney, Australia. If you purchase any of the items on a non-business day, we will process the purchase on the next business day.
Please allow 24-48 hours to dispatch your order, please email us if you require your item to be sent immediately and we will do our best.
Please note delivery time frames for international orders are dependant on how long the parcel takes to clear in customs. This is out of our control.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return your item, please contact us as soon as possible at happilyeverafter2019@outlook.com.au
We accept returns and exchanges on all items within 14 days of receipt that contain the original tags and packaging and have not been worn or damaged. Returns postage must be paid by you.
As soon as returned items are received, we will refund you. Please allow 5-7 business days for this to show in your account. If you wish to exchange for a different item, size or colour please contact us to discuss stock availability.
If your item is faulty please contact us and we will have this resolved immediately for you.
